THITHER & YON

CHRIS HOWARD will be attending ReaderCon July 17-20, 2008_Burlington Marriott, Burlington, Massachusetts, and SEAN WALLACE will be there with a table in the Dealers Room. (Look for the blue Prime table cloth.) He should have copies of both SEABORN there for sale, along with other Juno Books titles and Prime books.)

SASKIA WALKER (all the way from England!) will attend the Romance Writers of America 28th Annual National Conference in San Francisco, July 30-August 2, 2008. She will be at the charity Book-Signing for Literacy July 30, 5:30-7:30 PM at the Marriott Hotel. This event is free and open to public.

SUBMISSIONS

Submissions are now closed for at least a short period. Too many are piling up and I haven't had time to respond. I need a break to catch up. Considering we've had open submissions for more than two years now, I think a brief hiatus is fair. (Maybe even overdue!)

QUOTATION

"There is a temperate zone in the mind, between luxurious indolence and exacting work; and it is to this region, just between laziness and labor, that summer reading belongs." -- Henry Ward Beecher
